Rejoice at all times.
Pray without ceasing.
Give thanks in every circumstance, for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.…

To pray -- not prey -- is your effortless awareness of yOur inner connectedness with Life, as life, as I am.
There is a veil of habit, of should, would, could... that makes us reject what IS; preventing us from entering into meditation/prayer.
God, Christ, Jesus... those words are concession to the limitation of language; they point to the intimate, natural, effortless core of Being.
Question: What do you do in meditation?
Answer: I don't know!
Truth is simple, the seeker is complex.
God, Christ, Jesus...
please pretend some openness and be willing to face your own ignorance and resistance.
"In Christ Jesus" is not elsewhere in a fairyland after so called physical death.
Exploring, understanding and applying the metaphors of scripture is not rocket-science.
Our fulfilment is here and now!
Happiness through peace of mind in daily living, independent of circumstance.
Peace is mind is simply the dropping away of suffering.
Could it be that simple?
